If you are an customer wanting to order outside of the United States, you can use our website for checkout. Our website is set-up for international shipment via UPS. Because UPS only offers expedited and express services, they tend to more costly. We will ship your items via USPS Priority mail and refund you a portion of your shipping if this acceptable to you. Please make a note in 'special instructions' during your checkout. We will follow up with you via e-mail.
Our order processing cut-off time is 3pm central time each business day. Plain in-stock orders received before this time will ship same day and after this time, next day. Please allow 7-10 business days for all embroidered orders. RUSH embroidery orders are $10 additional/towel and will be guaranteed ready for shipment within 2 business days. Expedited shipping via UPS is available during checkout. Please see the Ground Map below to see if you need to pay additional for expedited UPS services.

Please contact your retailer, sales rep or Fattowels directly at 888-740-2963 for any issues with any of our products within 30 days of purchase and before washing. After 30 days and/or after washing we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on customized merchandise at any time. Please be advised that because of the dense thickness of all of our products, 2-6 six washings in warm to hot water may be necessary to achieve maximum fluffiness and absorbency with any of our towels. Liquid and fabric softeners only decrease the absorbency of 100% cotton terry cloth.
